Description
We are The Curious Brewery. Where flavour and passion comes first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t.

Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. We decided to make the best-tasting beer and cider, using just the best quality ingredients brewed at our state of the art Brewery in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Tap, half pint. Tasted on the 30/01/2018 at "Wedge Issue Pizza + Beer", London (England). All I wanted was 1 beer and a pizza...but finally it was 2 beers and a pizza. Spicy pepperoni was the reason. Deep golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grains, weak hops, toffee and weak fruits. Taste is caramel and toffee with a weak hoppy background. Next one please!

Aroma of medium soft malts. Has heavy carbonation and a coft copper body, with minimal head. Flavour is nice hops and soft cracker character, decent balance. Crisp finish, refreshing mouthfeel. Pretty good actually, enjoyed this one.

Appearance- quite a dark amber, clear, a small head which dissipates quickly. Aroma- caramel malt, biscuit, toffee, raisin, honey traces. Taste- brambly fruit, hops, bitter malt, grapes, good malt presence. Might be imagining it but there’s some white wine in there too. Short bitter finish.

Flaske, delt med Steven, hos ham: klar gylden med fint skum. Lette og elegante ipa-toner med god friskhet. Malt, citrus, antydning til furunål men samtidig (desverre) et par kokte grønnsaker helt i bakgrunnen. Mild, floral bitterhet i avslutningen.
