Bottle from the Beer Store. Pours a very dark reddish brown with a minimal beige head that leaves nice lace. Nose is chocolate and roasted nuts. There is some bitterness that keeps this from being too sweet. Mouth is medium with average carbonation. Slight metallic taste in the finish.

Easily one of my favourite beers. 2013 vintage bottle, via LCBO, in a tulip. Warm blond/coppery colour. White head that flattens out rather quickly. The palate is a full creamy mouthfeel, with moderate carbonation. Taste is a slightly sweet, light cream, with breadiness, and a moderate citrus. An excellent beer.

Can from HogTownHarry drunk at home. Thanks Harry. Hazy gold amber colour with a thick off white head. Now that is a very drinkable North American session IPA. Could drink pints of this stuff. Lovely big grapefruit, good bitterness on finish. Delicious. Thanks Harry.

Bottle form the Beer Store. Pours a clear orange with a small lively off white head. Smells of grass and oranges. Nice and bitter from start to long finish. Medium slick body with nice level or carbonation. Very different profile than the regular Mad Tom and not quite as balanced but good nonetheless.

Bottle - Pine and grapefruit with a sweet malt backbone. Clear copper with a thin head. Resin, candy floss hops and a perfumy punch of bitterness. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
