(bottle) Hazy brown colour with a big rocky beige head. Sweet-fruity and sour-vinegary aroma, also dusty yeasty with caramel. Sour and tart flavour, medium body, lively carbonated. Sour wheat malty taste with caramel and chocolate and a tart sweetbitter finish. The alcohol is barely detectable, but warming. I would call this one a Flemish Sour Wheat Bock. Good !

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy amber colour with huge, floating impurities. Creamy white head. Lightly acidic nose. The weak sourness also dominates the flavour, well we’re not exactly talking gueuze sourness - just a hint. Some notes of sweet malt. Very limited bitterness. A somewhat rustic brew. 040905

(Bottle 33 cl) By appearance it’s not particularly brown, more muddy, which is emphasized, when the last bit of the beer is poured. A remarkable sediment is hidden there. Has this sweet/sour flavor which is characteristic for some of the small Belgian breweries. I don’t know if this is a sign of quality, but it’s quite rustic. Nice light brown head which lasts all the way to the bottom. 240904

bottle Black body. Rockt, brown head. Good lace. Fresh malts and hops (like one smells in breweries). Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour.

Bottle Orange, hazy body. Off-white, rocky head, which lasts mostly. Spare lace. Vanilla and hops in the nose. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter, lightly acidic (averagily long) finish.

Very clear, pale green with just a touch of yellow-amber shine; greenish tinted head. Faint lime-like nose, citrussy, tad grassy, not unlike some (alternative?) beauty-product. Awful mix of slightly sweet, lemonflavour, bitter, grain, alcohol, all clashing à go-go. There’s nothing wholesome about it - glimpses of everything and utter unbalance. Rather light bodied, with soapy feeling. Overall comment: utterly disgusting.

Slight gushing to huge yellow-brown head, creamy & persistent; red amber beer with very slight haze. Brown bread & faintly acetic nose. Bit fruity-yeasty, but always with a vinegary taint. Dark malts, some characteristic sweetness and roasted bitterness surrounding in the taste. But the acidity is still there, though it hovers around identification treshold - not expressly acetic, I mean. Bready is also still there -with black bread crust flavour. Iron in the head! Medium bodied, very slight alcohol warming. A "double" - another one. Not bad despite the acetic touch.

Clear yellow-green color, thick greenish head. Aroma is sweet, hint of vegetable maybe, bit hoppy and spicy. Triple style taste indeed, some spices and wheat, bit yeasty and dry. Except for the green color, this beer is not too bad.
