On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Nice orange/Amber bright color with a frothy white cap. Nose: tea infuse, hibiscus, rose petals, spices. Mouth: soft although sparkling carbonation, mild mouthfeel, tart grapefruit, a bit short but so nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller and Friends. Pours hazy golden with a white medium fluffy head. Aromas of lime, grass, slight tartness, orange peel. Taste is blood orange, orange peel, lime, grass, spices. That blood orange really comes through in the end. Damn!

Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, peppercorn, pretty tart notes, honey melon, straw, herbal, spices and brett. Taste is pretty melony, citrussy, peppercorn, pretty herbal, spicy and bretty. Some tart dry orange peel in the end.

Bottle shared at Blåbær Lambik release. Pours hazy juicy grapefruit pink. Aromas of lemon zest, vinegar, red berries, hibiscus, yeast. Taste is lemon, oaky, vinegar, red berries, hibiscus, sweet esters.
