Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large off-white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light funky Brett notes with some cherry notes and light apple notes also noticeable. Taste is a great mix of fruit notes with raspberry and cherry being most noticeable and some tart notes, light oak and funky notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid mix of complexity with good drinkability.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata, viva, schiuma bianco sporca medio-leggera. Al naso note floreali, di arancia, tè alla frutta, leggera speziatura. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, speziata, con finale acido leggero, un po' corta. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.
