Bottled, 2023 edition, courtesy of Travlr who brought it to the RBESG 23 grand tasting, huge thanks! Sadly, it appears to have been merged into the original entry by someone... great... :/ Anyway... pitch black body, off-white head. Coffee, licorice and chocolate malt in the lovely aroma. Coffee, chocolate and licorice persist in the taste, lovely berry notes, followed by big bitterness. Very well balanced, a great stout!

Shared beer at RBESG 2023, Zagreb. Dark brown color with white head. Aroma of dsrk malt, light coffee, Taste is chocolate, dark malt, coffee, wood, nougath.

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. 2023 bottling. Medium warmth, high bitterness. Shitloads of chocolate and coffee, light dark malt astringency. Quite tasty, quite good, not the level of greatness though.

750mL bottled Dec 16, 2022, drunk 7/15/23. Light haze, light pink. Small, pink head to ring. Delicate raspberry, light vanilla. Not massively aromatic outside the raspberry, but that raspberry is dynamite. Not too acidic at all. Hints of wine and very light wood with wheat-like nuttiness/blandness. Very clean. Light sourness, very round, deep malts with honey and cream of wheat character. Juicy raspberry throughout. Definitely needs more time to develop. Not quite as much culture character and maybe still too malty.

Draught, half pint @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.424 Global - #1.113 United States of America - #4 Hill Farmstead Brewery] Pours hazy amber, white head. Aroma: Hibiscus and spiced malts. Some grape nust. Taste: belgiany and spiced with a touch of lemon. Dry and acidic mouthfeel. Next one please!

Bottle, 500 ml at Miro B's Grande. Shared with him, JFK10000 and Werckmeister. Black with tan head. Chocolate, lots of bourbon on nose, barrel, medium sweetness, very smooth, oily, balanced. Medium bodied.
