BAottle shared at the columbus tasting 22/032023. Many thanks. A hazed brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is tangy vinous funk, green apple, lacto, light caramel brown, Flavour is tangy, green apple, bark, woody tannin. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, fine carbonation.
Tartish and funky with some farmyardy notes, hints of floral notes and berries. Smooth and balanced.

Bottle. Pours opaque black, small tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is heavy roasty, molasses, cocoa. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Full body.

Bottle poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was citrus, grapefruit. Light herbal notes, light lime. This was pretty delicate, light tartness. Flavor was delicious.
