2020 bottle thanks to Adamchandler on this trade. Aroma of yuzu fruits, funky yeast and lemon juice. The flavor is much the same with a little bit of peppercorn in the finish. Light crisp body. Easy to drink.

Bottle, thanks Vin! Pours clear golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is hill bugs, oak, chardonnay, lemon, yuzu. Flavor is light plus tart, light yogurt funk that grows with time and takes on a fungal note, oaky lemony. Light body.

Bottle thanks to Mike. Pours black with with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, licorice, cracker, raisin, wood. Slick body, dark chocolate, roast, licorice, dry finish, very good.

750ml bottle pours out hazy orange topped with a small head. Nose is nice sweet cherries tart raspberry some lemongrass tartness and oak. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart fruit mix with a complex yet soft end.

500 ml. Black pour, tan head. Aroma is smoky, coffee bean, and ash. Flavor is chocolate, coffee, and ashy and burnt grain. Nice in it’s own way. It is smoky.

[10/24/2021] Draught sample at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade in Copenhagen. Cloudy golden. Brett, funk, floral, spicy, sourish, oaky, citrus. Very nice.

[5/12/16] Draught at Warpigs in Copenhagen. Cloudy pinkish orange. Aroma of funk, lacto, fruitiness, citrus. Tart flavor, fruity, citric, zesty, oak. Medium-bodied. Wonderful and really refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange ruby with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong cherry skin, lime zest, oak. Thin body, cherry juice, strong floral, light oak, very nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Draught, half pint. @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 20/10/2021 [#4.320 Global - #465 United States - #3 Hill Farmstead] Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma: hibiscus, yeast and tart. Taste: tart, hibiscus. Light acidic finish. Plenty of yeast and hibiscus. Next one please!
