0,5 flaske (bb. 06/05/18) fra Ninkasira København, delt med Kitty i lejligheden aug-18: lett uklar rødlig kobbergylden med tårnhøjt skum som varer hele veien ned. Aroma og smak preget av friske bringebær, rips og lime i en diskret humleprofil. I likhet med Strawberry-utgaven er den overkarbonert men atskillig mer forfriskende. Men som ipa er den ikke særlig vellykket.

Tap. Blurred golden, lush white foam. Aroma: light sour lemongrass, a little soap and lime with grass. Taste: lemongrass, moderate sourness, slightly malt, herbs and bitter.

Barwa bursztynowa, piana gesta, drobnopecherzykowa, powoli znika. Goryczka wysoka. Aromat bardzo nieprzyjemny, mokra szmata. W smaku czuc nuty żywiczne, słodycz, masę chmieli. Byloby dobre gdyby nie ten aromat.

Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a mild minerally crispness. Thin malts, sweetish. Thin watery orange, trace of something tropical. Mild pine. Minerally finish. Curiously thin and a little watery. The normally reliable Dr Brew has gone a bit off piste with this experiment.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Pitch black with a decent tan head. Nose is dark chocoalte, burnt toffee, spice, dark fruit esters, light charr. Taste comprises fruit cake, brown sugars, sticky toffee, dates, charr. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light boost. Decent enough BP.
