Description
Brewing in freedom. Young and locally oriented nano brewery. Brewing small batches we developed 20+ delicious beers over the last 4 years. At the end of 2015 we opened up our brewpub 'Café Rad van Wageningen' where we serve our locally produced beers plus some samples of other beers. For non beer drinkers we have a modest list of (good dutch) wines, stronger liquors and many other beverages. Don't forget the crafty pubmeals on friday or saturday. (Local Dutch brewer with description in English; because in the city of Wageningen we have lot's of foreign customers)

Bottle, directly from brewery. Color: Slightly hazy amber, frothy off-white head. Aroma: Malty and hoppy, grainy, hints of citrus fruit. Taste: Malty, caramel notes, grassy and herbal hop, orange peel. Starting quite malty, finishing with a nice medium to over medium hopbitterness. Moderate sweetness. Just over medium body, average carbonation Long lasting finish. Another well brewed, nice Stadsbrouwerij Wageningen beer. I love the very present hopbitterness.
