Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Pale yellow with thin white spotting. Nose is mellow pear, grains, hedgerow, light farmyard esters. Taste comprises mellow pear, sugars, tannins, straw, light balsa wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent Perry.

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting a small white head. Aroma is dry pithy apple, waxy apple, wood.. Palate is semi sweet, pithy dry apple woody. Flavour is composed of woody tannin. Drying brown sugars.

BIAB at Winding Wheel Festival, Chesterfield 2023. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fleshy, mucky funk. Taste is sweet, tangy, tart, fruity, apple, citric, with woody notes, some slightly acetic funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
