We make our cider by blending juice from apples all grown locally in the farm’s orchards. The cider is fermented in wooden barrels and sold draught from the wood.

Bag-In-Box. Golden colour, minor head. Aroma is sweet fruity apple with mild lemongrassy tones as well. Flavour is sweet fruity apples with some dry wooden tones too. As it's been in the glass a while it gets a bit white wine like elements too.

Clear 500ml bottle from Hecks own place in Street. Never heard of Porters Perfection apples but this was an OK dry cider.
