Beer number eleven at the 31st May 2026 Bandstand Beer Gathering in Shrewsbury, five of us sharing stuff. Cheers Snooky for the bottle of this. Hazy golden body, off white crust. Interesting beer, but something didn't quite work within it's make up. Semi sweet at times, citrus fruits and malty at the same time, all a bit jumbled up.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold, fizzy white head. Nose is herbal, limey, some flinty notes, Brett B. Flavor is lightly buttery, lime, green grape, simple grist. Dry, tannic, looong finish. Good. 7 7 7 8 7.

Hazy orange gold, big fluffy head of foam, retention and lacing are fine.
Smell is very pleasant with big notes of Brett, lemon citrus, hoppy but so so funky.
The taste is Brett, lemon citrus, passionfruit, other tropical hints, earthy as heck.
Good mouthfeel, I would drink this again.

Really interesting stuff. Dry and tangy. Ample dark roast, ashy bitterness, leathery berries, musty funk, old wood, tar, tobacco. Novel.
