A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. A nice aroma of herbs, hops, yeast, with wild berry notes, cream and mangos. In mouth, best of both worlds, herbaceous, loads of malt, citrusy hops, sustained lemon, some sweet and sour fruits, rich and light, and quaffable. On tap at Vices et versa, July 26 209.

(Automne 2006)

Bottle: Poured a hazy beige color ale with a super huge white foamy head with perfect retention and good lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with some Belgian style malt. Taste is also a very nice and refreshing mix between some fruity ester with some nice Belgian malt and a hoppy finish with what appears to be some Saaz or other European green hops. Body is full with perfect carbonation and no alcohol was showing. Very well done and I wish more brewer would brew easily drinkable Belgian ale.

Bottled at PBF. Black, pale brown head. Chocolatey soy sauce aroma. Sweet and full bodied with compact but rounded malt. Peach and salt, chocolate and brandy. Drier finish with salty bitterness. A great dessert beer. Poerful, but not overpowering.
