On tap at the White Horse, Parsons Green. Opaque black beer, tiny off white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Smooth dark malt. Light fruity tone including a trace of banana. Finishes minerally and dry. Very drinkable.

Spoons Fest! Clear gold beer with a residual suddy white head. Light and pleasant nose of strawberry. Light dry palate. Nicely judged light touch of sweet strawberry on top of some toffeeish even malt. Subtle peach harmonic. Finishes pretty dry with some previously unspotted hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Detf beer and a pleasant surprise!

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Straw with a thin white head; flavour of (real) strawberry and a touch of vanilla; then a light dry floral bitterness, followed by a lingering strawberry aftertaste. much better than expected.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours amber with a foamy, white head. Rich malt aroma with caramel notes. Very sweet, with toffee, caramel, light toast and some mild, earthy bitterness. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Well balanced in the finish with more malts, bready, nutty and caramely, followed by some pleasant hops. Very good.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 24/10/10. Golden with a slight white head. Light malty aroma, with a hint of red fruit. Flavour was similarly inoffensive, with some biscuity malts before a genuine dash of strawberry and a moderately bitter finish. Ok, and certainly a major improvement on the artificial Strawberry Fields from the same brewer.

Cask at the Old Ship, Hackney, London on 6th October 2010. Hazy gold with thick creamy head of white foam giving some lacing. Yeast and hops in aroma then burst of grassy hop, touches of citrus and a little ash in-mouth. Hoppy finish that is quite dry and lasting. Fairly zingy mouthfeel.

@ Old Green Tree, Bath. Amber colour with a loose head. The aroma is fruity with caramel accents. Caramelly taste, with slight toasty notes. A slightly juicy finish makes it a tasty pint.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with apricots, orange and biscuits. Fruity, malty taste with notes of apricots, orange and slightly biscuity malt. Light citrussy bitterness in a fairly dry, refreshing finish. Rather light body. Decent bitter.
