Tulip at the brewery - pours a hazy orange - nose of wine, tropical Brett, mild funk, light musky, peach skin, white grape - smells pretty dang nice - creamy texture - medium sweet, with some grape must, moderate tartness, complex but subdued Brett character, peach skin, white grape, tropical character - this beer is pretty dope.

Tap at the brewery - hazy straw color - I was a bit scared that this was ages in a tequila barrel and my fears were at least partially justified - there is a kind of slickness to the texture and a vegetal character from the agave, both of which I find off-putting - other than this, it seems like there is a well-made gose hiding in here somewhere - tart but not overly sour - moderate saltiness - that vegetal character is just so distracting - I’d like to see a non-barreled version.

Tulip at the brewery - clear dark gold - sits somewhere between a blonde ale and American pale - creamy texture - flavor is bright and fruity up front - flavors of wheat, vanilla, and apricot through the middle - finish has moderately bitter and lightly earthy hop character - decent brew.

Tap at the brewery - a nice variation on the base beer, with understated peach addition - a lot of the spiciness and crispness of the original - peach adds a mild additional sweetness, but also a touch of acidity that accentuates the lighter esters of the original and mild white wine quality - nice.
