Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, khaki head. Heavy coffee aromas, with a pretty harsh roast. Some peanuts, syrup, cocoa, and pine. Sweet and malty, with a strong, burnt bitterness. Heavy body, with a syrupy, lightly acidic mouthfeel. Coffee isn't my thing, but this is pretty nice. Overly roasty, in my opinion, but a lovely aroma.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, pinkish, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is apricot, distinct brett, mild cherry, merlot-like tannins, cocoa (oddly enough), cloves, and pine. Sweet and syrupy, with a lightly funky flavor. Not tart, nor bitter, just funky. Light to medium body, with a flat, acidic mouthfeel. This is an interesting, complex and delicious saison.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is toffee, walnuts, syrup, and rye. Sweet and sugary, with a smooth, strange bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a syrupy, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a fun, woody, and yeasty bock, but the flavor comes off a bit odd.

Snifter at the brewery - clear dark amber- the aroma and nose are fairly dominated by the barrel - the flavor at least has some raisin, cherry, and rich maltiness - some notes of oxidation, sherry, strong whiskey flavor - generally a little watery in texture - meh.
