On tap at Beryl's, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of sludge fudge, chalk, and whiskey barrels. Flavour is very complex, with a complex bourbon barrel character that dominates, with moderate wood, alcohol and medium roast. Bourbon character dominates, with tons of depth. Lovely.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is very harsh, with perfume, brandy barrels and subdued English malt. Flavour is harsh as well, with tons of paint thinner, perfume and nail polish remover. Harsh and impossible to drink. Not done well at all. Needs tons of work.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey notes, wine barrels and a touch of brett. Flavour is complex and scarily drinkable for the ABV, with wine barrels, brett and light fruitiness. Complex and well-rounded. Excellent.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather subdued, with not a whole lot of anything. Flavour is similarly identity-less, with light wine, booze, and seltzery notes. Not impressed with this. Boring and lacking any discernible character. Weak.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a clear dark copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of English bready malt and a hint of oak. Flavour is bizarre, with lots of oak and English bready malt. Boozy and oaky on the finish. Not particularly complex, but it's very pleasant.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice salty character, with lots of citrus, tequila, and salt. Flavour is pretty aggressive as well, with lots of salt, citrus and subdued tequila barrel. Assertive yet well-balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy rye, saison yeast and toasted bready malt. Flavour is complex, with lots of dark earthy rye, saison yeast and crunchy crusty bread. Nice incorporation of the rye. Don't usually like these dark saisons, but this is very nice.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a hazy copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts and a little bread. Flavour is subdued, with toasted nuts, bready notes and light toasted caramel. Quite robust for the style, with everything in good balance. Solid.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma screams out citrus, some dank hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is a citrus bomb, with lots of bitter citrus hops and dry biscuity malt. Aggressive, but well-made. It's okay.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a clear pinkish copper with almost no head. Aroma brings out lacto, light citrus and a touch of fruit. Flavour is along the same lines, with lacto, stone fruits and citrus. Not getting the guava or black currant really, but it's nicely done for what it is. Solid.
