Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, wheat malt, caramel and hops.

Dark brown colour. Aroma has some caramelised bananas and a little yeast. Flavour has a nice caramel sweetness. Low carbonation. Body is a bit thin and watery.

Refrigerated 0.5 L bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent medium brown with dark brown hightlights and big fluffy beige head which dissapates quickly. Little lacing, medium/light carbonation, thin/medium body, and tart roasted malt aroma. Taste is tart roasted malt and some banana. More simple than most weizen bocks, and a little closer to a dunkleweizen. Wouldn’t seek this out again.

50cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks! Pours dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of wheat, malt and fruit with just a hint of alcohol. Sweet and fruity with a somewhat bitter finish. Very well balanced. Medium body. Nice and refreshing. (2012-08-11)
