Aufgrund der Verwechselbarkeit mit vielen Burg-Brauereien anderer Gemeinden erhält die Brauerei in 1966 den Namen Kaiser Bräu. Die Biere werden ebenfalls unter der Markenbezeichnung Kaiser distribuiert.
Für eine weitere Entwicklung der Brauerei war auch die beengte Lage im Ortskern von Neuhaus nicht ausreichend, und so errichteten wir im Auwald eine neue großzügige und ausbaufähige Braustätte. Seit 1991 werden in dieser neu erbauten Braustätte am Auwald mit modernster Brautechnologie und optimaler Qualitätssicherung Biere hergestellt und abgefüllt.

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg and consumed at home, sat out in the garden in the company of Mum and Keith, Saturday 21st June 2025 (Summer Solstice) after a day in Passau. It pours hazy dark gold/orange in fact heading towards amber. Yeastiness with a little spice on the nose, some citrus fruit, and of course a wheatiness. Fruitier than a regular wheat, light hoppiness, some spicy cloves, sweet orange, carbonation is almost fizzing in the mouth. Good bier.

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg and consumed at home in the company of Mum and Keith Thursday 19th June 2025, sat out in the garden. We had the Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests) again, such a fantastic meal. Pours cloudy yellow/gold with a mid/large white head. Nice mouthfeel, good carbonation. A little hay, bread and light maltiness on the nose. The taste is similar, refreshing and clean, a hint of lemon zest, it's a nice very easy drinking beer.

Garrafa de 50 cl consumida no bonito parque do castelo em Nuremberga. Uma Helles banal e bastante gasosa. O rótulo em "Frangish" tem alguma piada.

Garrafa de 50 cl . Espuma tímida que desaparece num instante. De cor castanha/âmbar.O aroma parecia uma Rauchbier mas que logo desenvolve para álcool, especiarias e malte. Sabor a caramelo e malte.Corpo ligeiro.

50 cl bottle. Hazy dark gold color. Medium white head.Orange , wheat and banana aroma. Fruity flavor with the normal banana and cloves presence. The most distinguish characteristic in this Weizen is the stronger malt percentage and the subtle caramel notes. Dry.

0,5 l bottle, new label. BB 11.09.2025. Clear deep golden with a more than one finger white foamy head in the glass. Grainy caramel aroma with some bitterhop. Taste is on a more grainy side, malt in the second row, present bitterhop in the aftertaste. Below average carbonated. Not bad for a Bavarian Pilsener.

Amber colour with small white head.Aroma of chestnut and herbs nice malty and grainy taste good note of hops and malt medium body and mild finish.
