Hazy light yellow, sticky white head. Nose is moldy bread, yeast. Taste is bread, yeast, not at all fresh, other Triton was much better.

24 October 2019. At Gist, Brussels. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of fresh carambola, peach, yellow nectarine, tangerine, dough, lychee, passionfruit. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of juicy peach, lychee, sourish carambola underneath, bitter mango & some stonefruit, supported by doughy maltiness. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, a bit dank, more bitter & ripe stonefruit, faintly warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. We're in the heart of Brussels, Belgium, and this is the kind of stuff you can find nowadays. Oh happy days! (Edited 20/08/24)

20/11/2019 @home - 33cl can from Malt Attacks.
Black colour, medium tanned head. Nose is dark malts, milk chocolate, bit caramel. Taste is malt, bit roast, chocolate, earthy touch. Easy drinking.

Can at home from Malt Attacks, 16th November 19. My favourite new Belgian Brewery, this is a lovely hoppy wheat beer, aromatic, apricot peach subtle bitter and smooth. Great stuff

Tap at Nuetnigenough, 13th November 19. Stunning low ABV beer, great use of Sorachi and amazing body and depth, it’s limey, coconut, tart and sweet. Pours an amazing opaque light straw yellow, loved this one.

Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc épais.
Arôme est un peu médicinal - dans le bon sens - avec un apport de groseille, citronné fin et houblonné qui perce en rétro. Dur de connaitre l'apport exact de l'Armoise Sauvage.
Palais est léger sur le houblon Hallertau Blanc - Armoise donne un léger apport herbacé / absinthe, fruit blanc avec un côté artichaut et finement sur le sureau. Herbacé, je note aussi un léger caractère de groseille à maquereau.
Plaisant, juste surprenant de voir plusieurs bières de type 'gruit' brassée ici mais qui utilisent du houblon.

Dorée pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme au nez fin fruité avec un très bel apport de melon qui dégage de fines effluves de douceur et se prête franchement bien aux pointes plus brett - effet un peu pêche blanche mêlée au melon.
Palais est fruité, melon joue bien son rôle avec un apport de brett plaisant pas surfait et qui balance bien le tout. Fruité jouant habilement sur les agrumes.
Pointe de pêche, citron vert / melon, pamplemousse avec un fini un peu râpeux.

Rosée / orangée, col blanc.
Arôme au nez marqué par la framboise, note de purée, rétro fin houblonné accentuant la base d'IPA - dont de belles notes d'agrumes.
Palais est finement amer, léger sur les agrumes avec une belle balance de la framboise qui procure une fine acidité de fin de bouche. Amertume modérée, grains sur la fin.

Dorée trouble, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme au nez houblonné avec un excellent bouquet résineux / pin, dont le Citra et Hallertau Blanc.
Palais est assez classique, ce qui change des IPA à toutes les sauces, on retrouve ici, une ligne directe d'impression des grands classiques US de Californie - pas mal d'agrumes - résineux avec une belle épaisseur de bouche et un malt cara pils - léger ambre en fin de bouche.
