Tap at the brewery opening. Not as funky as a lot of tripels tend to be. Balance of moderate body, light burnt astringency, moderate honeyish maltiness. Overall good but not great.

Tap at the brewery opening. Surprisingly less attenuated than some other of their beers which do not even claim to be dry - which IPA should be IMO. Definitely moderate body, med-high carbonation. Malt in ths background character-wise, mostly citrusy resiny exotic. Quite good.

Tap at the brewery opening. Pretty tasty. Easy drinking, lightly sour, cleanly lactic, working well with the med-high bitterness. Fruity citrusy tropical character, pretty good. Could be more intense though.

Tap at the brewery opening. Malt centered, as expected from a porter. Rather full body and moderate carbonation. Tasty, easy drinking. Quite good.

Tap at the brewery opening. Hops centered, though slightly unnuanced. Grassy zesty hops character, med-high bitterness, with thin body and malt in background. Okay, not great though.

Tap at the brewery opening. Not as hoppy as one might expect. Rather nuanced, carefuly balanced, very easy drinking. Flowery, spicy, but also subtly fruity from the hops. Very good.

Tap at the brewery opening. Very cold. Light sourness, seems to be nof only lactic, also a bit acetic. Since I dont know what yarrow tastes like, it is hard to draw any conclusions. However it does taste assertively herbal, evocating a flowery meadow, even if not so strongly though. Balanced, drinkable. Good, I'd say.
