Fat på Gist, Bryssel. Tjockt guldisig med vit krona. Ananas, apelsinjuice, söta tropiska toner, citrusskal. Mycket vete, mjuk kropp med torr beska med mycket citrusvita. Gott.

At the opening party of the brewery, there were just too many beers to try all by myself—especially since they were all served in 25 cl—so I decided to take the strongest one of the lot home. I’m so glad I did…

Tap at the brewery opening. Whoa! Fuckloads of chocolate cocoa flavours going on, really assertively. Caramel, toffee, chocolate, life is great. This beer is great. Great.

Tap at the brewery opening. Not dried out enough, feeling a bit too heavy. Definitely not as fresh or juicy as I would expect a DIPA to be. Good but not great.
