The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 11/08/24. Hazed golden yellow topped with an off white cap. Nose is melon, tangerine, grass, papaya, hint of grapefruit. Taste comprises mixed citric pith, grass, mandarin, light pine, papaya, citric tinged straw, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Tidy flavoursome pale for just 3.4%.

7/8/2024. Can shared by ITFCDan, cheers. Pours clear dark hazelnut brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is treacle, ash, pine, chocolate, roasted malt, tropical fruits, citrus, tobacco. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Quite smooth, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Can in the garden, 2nd August 24. Pours a dark orange and opaque rather than hazy IPA. Aroma is candied orange, light mangoes and apricots. Taste is peach and candied fruits, light earthy, caramel, light to medium light bitter - nice, it needs more bitter punch to it though

Can at home, from HOTM online, 24/07/24. Hazed light orange with a just off white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is orange pith, grass, melon, papaya, lychee, soft malts, guava. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, light pine nip, pithy citric zest, lychee, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Tidy flavoursome pale for the meagre ABV.

Can from the Craft Beer Cabin, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is cola,dark chocolate, coffee, raisin, touch of smoke. Taste is caramel, coffee, smoke, raisin, dark chocolate, toffee. Roasty toasty mouthfeel. Malty sweet with a lightly bitter finish.

Can online from BEER:Shop, Hitchin. Pours hazed yellow with white foam. Aroma: grapefruit, pineapple, slight pina colada vibes. Taste: moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, slight tangy citrus/stone fruit notes, towards dry on the palate. Medium body with fine carbonation.
