375ml bottle. Pours gold which becomes murky as you empty the bottle. A lot drier than standard Normandy cider, soft tannic caress, oaky touch with a pleasant pure fruit feel and wild English-style touches from the natural fermentation. Unusual to taste cider like this from Belgium.

6/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a minimally bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, honey, coffee, bourbon, wood, caramel. Quite heavy sweetness which suited it nicely. Really likeable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Lightly hazed orange to golden with some off white bubbles that cling to the edge of the glass. Nose is herb, grains, fruit esters, modest coffee bean, sugars. Taste comprises sugars, honey, light coffee grinds, mellow bourbon rise, kiss of alcohol. Full bodied, light oily feel, drying close with a balanced rising boost. Quite liked this number ... good boost offered, sweet but in check, with both bourbon and coffee coming through at the curtain call.

Bottle at Gen Craft Ashford October 2023. A bit raw. Some rubber. Some blackcurrants Some sweetness. Not in the Superstition league. Some heat on the finish.
