--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep burgundy colour, small head. Balsamic cheery aroma. Mid sweet with some cherry tartness. Sour cherries and vinegar, some wood and old butter. No bitterness.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear amber, small head. Vinous oaky nose with some cedar. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Cedar and lemon, grapes. Some butter and sweaty feet. Low bitterness. Interesting and relatively complex.
