Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich funk, stable, barnyard, tart, fruits, lactose acid and has a nice long dry and sour finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, white grapes, wood and funky. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 080122

Definitely odd, definitely peppers, definitely fun. Brain makes you think off notes but it has real peppers in it and it's delish when you acknowledge it. The spice is a nice warmth, not too much. Bell pepper habanero sweetness is all over.Tangy sweetness

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting, at Jonas's, Garching, Friday 17th December 2021. Pours warm gold, almost with a reddish hue, , a little haze, white head. Really very coffee on the nose, fruity type coffee nose. Unusual taste, I suspect that the coffee has really dampened down the sourness, some dryness, tannins, fruity coffee. This is a real grower, I suspect that if I were drinking this all night then it would edge closer to a 4.0

Bottle, xmas tasting. Hazy amber, no head. Tart fruity coffeebean aroma. Medium body, vinegary tartness, fruity fresh coffee, earthy, mineral fine roast, fruit retronasal. Interesting.

Slightly hazy dark gold. Very aromatic/fruity coffee notes on the nose. Sour notes are quite smooth (no tire fire here), fading smoothly into a fat coffee flavor of mid-power coffee, like a pour-over rather than espresso. Very nice coffee sour!

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is very aromatic coffee, very fruity. Taste is fruity coffee again, not too tart, nicely balanced. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not a fan of the style, but this is very well-made!
