Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours Classic blonde, medium transparency, with a nice head of fluffy white foam, very fine. Aroma is highly hoppy, initially intensely citrus, later on more herbaceous and piney. Body is somehow dense, with average carbonation. Taste is intensely bitter, also in the final, which is long and robust.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of clementine, peach, pineapple, yellow grapefruit peel, lime, vague bubblegum, mint. Taste has sweet clementine, peach & very subtle banana, bitter grapefruit peel mixing with spicy yeast & doughy malts. Dry, floral hoppy finish, spicy-yeasty still but ripe tropical fruit has the final say. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good one, perhaps a tad too spicy for NEIPA.
