Flesje thuis gedronken. Zwart bier met beige schuim dat best snel weg trekt. Weinig aroma. Smaak is licht fruitig met een hint van karamel. Weinig nasmaak.

Pours hazy yellow with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma contains pineapple, apple, peach, hops & spices, some alcohol. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light to medium spicy bitter, with prominent, warming, 'jenever'-like alcohol in the taste and in the finish. Full body, slick texture, fizzy to lively carbonation (and pleasant). Dangerously enjoyable to drink.

Bottle. La Corne du Bois des Pendus 5.9% Big fruity honey aroma, medium to light bodied and with a bone dry finish. This brew is part of the 3 for 1000¥ deal at Yamaya. The flavors also features some wine like notes with an earthy grain and pleasant white pepper notes. Decent, especially for the price.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 2. A hazy purple beer with a mid-sized most good lasting light purple head. Aroma of sweet raspberries, soft tartness. Taste of medium sweet raspberries, low tartness, some sugar.

330mL bottle at Chokdee Caf, pours a cloudy opaque golden with a humongous white head that doesn't die. Aroma is very yeasty, with lots of Belgian yeast, champagne effervescence and a touch of light candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice Belgian yeast character, champagne effervescence, and light candied sugar. Very yeasty, with a nice complexity. Very solid tripel.
