Aroma of yeast, fruits, pale malt, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, with a hint of tartness and a moderate bitter finish. Average but nice Belgian Ale.

Aroma of yeast, fruits, citrus peel, some spicy notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bitter finish. A little boozy. An enjoyable heavy Tripel.

Аромат очень травянистый, немного пшеницы, весьма много хмеля даже для трипеля, немного специй в том числе гвоздики. Цвет темно желтый со средней пеной. Вкус слишком горький даже для этого стиля. Очень сильный вкус травы и горячи от нее. Послевкусие немного с цветочными нотами, также намеки на пшеницу. В целом не очень сбалансированный трипель.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo pálido y turbio, espuma blanca abundante y duradera. Al olfato llegan notas de paja, cereal, levadura belga, cítricos, especias. En boca es bastante cítrica, de cuerpo medio a ligero, con notas ácidas bien presentes, seca, retrogusto ácido, amargo y con un ligero, muy pequeño, puntito dulce, (bastante agradable). No es exactamente lo que me espero cuando voy a probar una belgian blonde, sin embargo debo reconocer que no me disgusta, me resulta tan poco ortodoxa como agradable.

(Draught at Gist, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Fruity, malty nose with candied fruit, sugar and caramel. Fruity, malty taste with notes of caramel, candied fruit, orange peel, herbs and a mild spicy/herbal bitterness in a finish with a slight alcohol bite. Full body, quite sweet. A bit boozy, but really rich, warming and complex. Very nice.

Candy sugar and malt aroma with a hint of yeast and spices. Similar taste, with some pear alike fruit taste and alcohol warmth.

330ml bottle with an odd cartoon image of a hanging monk. Pale cloudy gold, roaring carbonation, big frothy white head, nice retention. Aroma is floral, malts and a fruity yeast. Taste is pale malts, yeast, stone fruit, sweet yet dry, spice, a touch of stale resin in the middle leading to a bitter citrus tangy-yeast finish. Medium bodied, dry. Mixed but has character.
