330ml bottle with an odd cartoon image of a hanging monk. Pale cloudy gold, roaring carbonation, big frothy white head, nice retention. Aroma is floral, malts and a fruity yeast. Taste is pale malts, yeast, stone fruit, sweet yet dry, spice, a touch of stale resin in the middle leading to a bitter citrus tangy-yeast finish. Medium bodied, dry. Mixed but has character.

Tap at Theatre Toorne Bruxelles. Pours cloudy golden with large white head. Aroma is malt, barn, heather, yeast, spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves). Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish long and mostly sweet with notes is malt, caramel, grain, leather, barn, spice and syrup.
