Bit of a gusher. Cloudy amber colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have lots of sweet bready malts. Quite cakey and sweet. There's a little woody dryness giving balance.

Backlog. Appearance: Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Aroma and taste: distinct funky yeast, malt, candy, somewhat spicy. Pretty dry. Hoppy ending of pronounced bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: different, interesting. A one to remember.

Appearance: cloudy amber with a moderate dense off-white head of good retention. Aroma: dried apples and pears, candy, caramel, leather, spicy yeast. Taste: Light sweet, fruity, malty, yeasty. Caramel, candy, dried apples and pears, apricot, leather, spicy notes, warming alcohol, some old hop. Light ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Pretty interesting, rather good.

Taste: sweetish and alcoholic, malt, fruit jam, pear, plum, a little dough, very warming, bitter finish, oaky, a bit unbalanced.
