22nd Oct 2018. Hand-pulled half-pint in The Shrewsbury Hotel (Spoons in Shrewsbury). Dark brown body, beige topping, malty, earthy brew with coffee and dark chocolate notes to the fore in the aroma and taste. Liked it.

Bottle from shop in eastbourne. Well to bse honest i really like this. It is smooth and very light but does the 3.8% proud. The smell is a little lagery and the taste is a mix of hay, cardboard, some metal. Better felt than rated.

Bottle from somewhere, cheers Si. Well it ain't gonna win any awards but fu*k it, it is just a nice homey bitter ale. Slightly fruity smell, average caramely colour, slightly sweet / bitter taste. Overall a decent job. (5/8/18) Bottle from brewery shop . A homely decent ale. not punching up or down. milky long man / metal barrel taste. grassy . 3 to 3.1.

On tap at The George Tunbridge Wells. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Smells and tastes like a golden ale but on keg instead. Good leafy hop aroma like a lager. OK in mouth I mean it does tastes like a lager ale crossover. I've had unfiltered Franken beers like this. Solid lemon leafy hop. Drinks like a good lager. Liked it a lot.
