Description
When we started this company, our goal was to keep it as straightforward as possible: to craft flavors and experiences that the people of Maine hadn’t had before, and serve them as fresh as possible. Over the years, as the business has grown, we are now able to share our beers with people in other areas – regionally, nationally, and internationally – but Maine always comes first. We strive to take care of those things closest to us, and let that radiate outward: our staff, our processes for making beer, our tap rooms and loyal customers, and the surrounding communities that support us. Everything we do is in support of these things, we are nothing without them.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour with a one finger creamy beige head. Light roasty aroma, chocolate, burnt toast. Taste is bitter, roasty, and dark chocolate. Very creamy and smooth. A real pleasure to drink.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of tangerine, guava, crackery malt. Pours murky dark yellow with a two finger cream white head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness and loads of juicy hop flavors.

Bottle shared by CLW--thanks, CLW! Inky, opaque black with light viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon over maple. Taste is bourbon, hint of maple syrup. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, light alcohol harshness experienced with inhale. OK.

500 ml bottle. Aroma bold bourbon, vanilla, and oak. Flavor mellows out and the bourbon and vanilla marry together really well. Body is bold with zero alcohol presence. Really nice!

500mL bottled 12/24, drunk 11/1/25, thanks to Airforcehops. As pictured.
Another strong one. Leaden, spicy, dry, phew. That's kind of very intense. Some soft alcohol.
Wow much better in the mouth. Soft and chewy with fudge and cherry vanilla. Big bourbon with softer spice and sweetness. Really nice balance of sweet and dry.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is amazing. Bold peanut butter with soft barrel. The boiled peanuts and chocolate is pretty nice. Although I wish the flavor was as bold has the aroma. Body is full with a soft hint of alcohol in the finish.

Peanut butter and jelly with soft bourbon. Light sweetness and berries with lead and blueberry. Rich, not boozey though maybe a touch of alcohol.
Soft and sweet. I swear there is jelly in this. That or it's the fruitiest of peanut butter. Super fruity soft and crunchy. Good barrel but maybe just a bit heavy on the adjunct.
