Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Pour a bright orange cloudy color, tick and white foam, adhesive and persistent. The nose is truly harmonious: zest, candy fruit, candy orange, spices. Terrific, really. In the mouth this tripel is even better, rich spiciness, bergamot, coriander far away, dry and sharp. No doubts, one of the best Italian tripels by far!

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, viva, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso splendido bouquet di esteri e luppolo, frutta candita, scorza d'arancia, spezie. In bocca è magnificamente equilibrata, con finale amaro di buona secchezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Una delle migliori tripel italiane.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di mango, melone, leggero citrico, malto presente. In bocca ha un profilo maltato medio, ma non invadente con bello spunto amaro finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Ben fatta.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata scarica, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di bergamotto, scorza d’arancia, citronella, coriandolo. In bocca ha un attacco dolciastro abbastanza ben bilanciato da un finale acidulo e secco. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ma forse si poteva osare di più.
