We started out life as a cuckoo brewery at the end of 2020 and throughout 2021.
We’ve now set up our own small batch independent brewery in Tollcross, Glasgow and continue to develop our core range alongside our one-off special seasonal range.

Opaque with a thick off white head. Smells of nuts and malt. Flsvour has loads of malt, some chocolate, a little sweet fruit, some biscuit. Medium, slightly lively body, good last sweet and malty finish.

75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - mat black with a neat tan head. Nose - rum and raisin, light hint of salted liquorice and dark chocolate backdrop. Taste - dates, raisins and chocolate liqueurs. Some burnt wood lurking with loads of creamy chocolate. Palate - full bodied, creamy middle and a lightly drying wood note. Overall - lovely stuff.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours black with a thin beige head. Aromas of rum n raisin, sherry? sherry? Sherry! An edge of liquorice stick. Probably the saltiness from the oysters. Taste is cocoa, dates, chocolate liqueur. Quite hefty for the strength. There's a lot going on.

On tap at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Plum jam, raisin & blackberry aromas. Plummy jammy taste. Lots more conserve flavours in the close.
