28/6/2022. Bottle at La Birreria Italiana - Milano Piero della Francesca. Pours almost black with a large frothy off-white to beige head. Nice roasty, coffee, chocolate, malted aroma. Quite smooth but a bit too fizzy.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, color marrone/mogano velato, al naso caramello frutta matura uvetta sotto spirito miele leggero vino porto, in bocca frutta candita uvetta sotto spirito prugne secche zucchero bruciato lieve liquirizia spezie, corpo strutturato, lieve acidula, carbonazione piatta, l’alcool si sente ma è ben equilibrato, dolce con amaro moderato. Una Quad fatta bene per adesso TOP delle Italiane. Molto molto buona. Bravi. c. Birraland.it 27.05.22

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with very fine brown foam, stable. Aroma is cocoa and coffee, with just a hint of vanilla. Body is average, with minimal carbonation. Taste is medium roasty bitter, with a bit of initial sweetness. Final is fairly dry.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent golden, with fine white foam. Aroma is definitely minty, but delicate, recalling a mint tea. Body and carbonation are average. A little oily. Taste is delicately sapid at first contact, with slight sour and sweet then. Final is average, slightly on the short side. Overall, very refreshing, could drink lots of it!

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Giallo acido, torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso nota piuttosto invadente di menta piperita, dentifricio, lattico, coriandolo. In bocca va un po' meglio, leggera acidità e sapidità, con sentori di menta importanti. Corpo leggero, leggero problema di carbonazione. Da dimenticare.
