Keg at GBBF. It pours lightly hazy greenish yellow with small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, fresh mint, bright, fragrant, mint chewing gum and icing sugar. The taste is soft, fresh, tart, salty, fresh minty vibes, mint chewing gum, minerals and lime with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation carbonation. Soft, fresh and easy going.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Hasy paleish yellow gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and mildly dry and has good fine carbonation. Fresh mintz like biting into a fresh mint leaf. Nice savoury undertone. Little sharp lemon as well. Crisp finish. Novel and works well.

A very good style example. Aromatic, with the right balance between yeast, fruits and more herbal and floral notes. Very rewarding.

Bottle a tight the guest rooms - Roma. Sourced from Les Vignerons. Pours clear amber-gold with a sturdy, creamy, mostly white head. Nice, big saison yeast nose, some crunchy wheat bread, subtle citrus aspect. Light to medium sweet flavour with more characterful saison yeast, a hint of tangerine, orange peel, more wheat bread, mellow bitter hay. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, with some bread crust, soft grassy bitterness, more citrus peel, hay. Solid, well rounded saison.

Cask (?) At Il Punto Bologna. Wonderfully English on a cask tap. Nice smooth caramel beer with Jämtlands style east in there. Moorish
