Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Bottle # 634. Slightly hazy amber-golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma with butterscotch, fruits, hay, rich caramel malts. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture. Finishes sweet with exotic fruits and lots of caramel. Rather cloying.

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma had pine, lemon and apples. The flavour was sweet and semi sour with notes of pine needles, grapes, apples and lemon. Finished dry and sourish.

Mein erstes Waldbier; getrunken anno 2014 Es schön gestaltetes Bier mit einem holzig-harzigen Kern, der aber schön mit den fruchtigen Starkbier-Aromen harmonierte. Hier hat man sich wirklich etwas überlegt, als einfach mit Gewalt etwas Neues zu kreiren. Ein tolles Bier aus einer tollen Serie.

Bottle 750ml. [ Bottle 968/3500 ]. Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, pine needles - spruce needle, resin, pine cone flower. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, spruce tree - old christmas tree, sweet spruce - resin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130215]
