On tap at Kings Arms, 1/3 pint shared with Finn. Decent white head leaving fair lacing on the glass, misty pale golden body. Modest smell of citrus, hints of yeast. Slightly tart fruity flavours, moments of lime, lemon, and yeasty fruitiness. Short mid-tart fruity finish. Fair enough. (London 15.11.2021).

Bottle from the ISBF21 box. Aroma is sweet and vinous. Opaque ruby tinged brown. Foamy white head soon thins out. Light-medium sour. Vinous and fruity but not pushy. Woody edge. Medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable if restrained... or relaxed perhaps.
