Bottle. Pours with a completely clear golden hued body with a huge white head. Aromas are of huge tropical fruit up front. Nice hop character, very sweet smelling, candied citrus, tamarind, and STRONG diacetyl. Flavors are all diacetyl and it gets much worse as it warms. Tons of butterscotch, grassy. Nice and dank, tropical fruit hop notes behind the butter. Medium to fuller carbonation, medium bubbles. Dry. Hard to get past the diacetyl. Good hop flavor though. Would be rated a lot higher with out the diacetyl!

Had this at the Brew’s Best Beer Fest on my trip to Vegas, fall 2011. Pours a dark brown with not much of a head. Caramel, coffee and chocolate aromas. Wet mouthfeel that is medium-bodied. Watery taste that is milder than the smell. Notes of chocolate, coffee and roasted malts. Refreshing for a porter and easy drinking.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours copper with very little head. Aromas of floral and fruit. Med body. Flavor is floral and fruit over a little caramel. Intense hop flavors - but not harsh. Nice.

Bottle. Pours with a lightly hazed, very deep brown body with a large, khaki head with good lace and retention. Aromas are malty, crystal, brown sugar, light roast. Dusty chocolate. Some pine and citrus. Lightly spicy. Flavors are roasty, bitter, lightly spicy, a touch astringent. Pine, mild citrus. Lingering and lasting bitter. Lighter carbonation, chalky and dry.

Bottle. Pours with a lightly hazed, deeper than expected, orange hued body with a large white head. Aromas are nutty, bready and malty. Lightly astringent. Flavors are sweet, raw wort, grainy, cereal like, nutty, peanut shells. Medium bubbles, some sweetness. To be honest, flawed; not great.

Bottle. Pours with a mostly clear pale yellow body with a large white head of foam with somewhat pour retention. Flavors are grassy, grainy, citric acid, pineapple, apple esters. Aroma is very similar to cheap champagne (or sparkling wine to be honest). Flavors of canned and somewhat waxy pineapple, grainy, with lots of esters (mainly apple). Lively bubbles and thin. Dry. Not much here.

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a quick to fade white ring. Some very light lace. Aromas are grainy, malty, peanut shells, light esters and phenols, black pepper and 3M scotch-tape. Light banana and vanilla as well. Flavors are way too sweet for a saison. Lots of bubble gum, plastic, waxy, banana. Light rye spiciness. Odd candy-ish ester. Lively bubbles, medium dry. Not really flawed as a belgian beer, but not a great saison, and not particularly what I want to drink.

Bottle shared at the 6th annual Richmond Industry Gathering, 11/27/11. Pours a clear amber color with a medium frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big resiny hops with citrus notes and pale malts. The taste is bitter citrus, resin hops and pale malts. Medium-full bodied.

Bomber from Beer Revolution. Pours black with a 2 finger creamy tan head. Aroma of lots of resin? hop over some dark roast malt. Med + body. Flavor seems a mix of resin/floral/grapefruit over smooth dark malt. It seems to rapidly become mostly grapefruit, imparting a hop burn. Very nice stuff.
