Super hazy and deep copper coloured body with a pure amber glow and a nice three centimetre tall tan head that lasts for quite a while on top. Aroma of pungent citrusey and lightly resinous hop notes with some grass and perfume as well, all with a small amount of alcohol peeping around the edges and a dose of more yeastie and biscuity malts as well. Medium-bodied; Assertive biscuity and yeast flavours at first with a big dose of citrus and resin along with a nice dry, yet bitter flavour showing some malts as well, a tiny bit of sugar and a mellow yet flavourful punch from the yeast. Aftertaste shows the hops front and centre of course with a nice citrus and resin kick that has a touch of alcohol around and a good balance from the biscuity and yeastie malt flavours, but well balanced, structured and still complex on the end, mainly from the hops. Overall, a nice and respectable IPA that focuses on the Mosaic varietal in a good way - a nice way to sample this hop in a well-balanced beer with a good deal of complexity. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park, West 42nd Street), New York on 11-March-2018 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 03-April-2018 less than a month later.

On tap at 43rd Street location in NYC. Pours opaque dark brown with a foamy tan head. Sweet roasted malt hints at cocoa and coffee. Taste follows nose with additional notes of brown sugar and Hershey's Syrup. Smooth and creamy, with quaffable tendencies. Delightful.

An odd beast like Tom Waits. Hazy amber pour with ok head (cask). Some moaaic resin but not much fruit here. Clean finish. Not a lot here. Cask at Ginger Man.

Draft at HB Burger. Murky caramel color with a thin head and light lace. Caramel, bread, a little spice. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Slightly off close. Not terrible, but not good either.
