Can, 8/25. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is minimal, hints of pine. Flavor similar, light sweet, light bitter, faint pine. Holy crap is the shelf life short on these NE IPAs. Medium body.

Can shared thanks to non Ratebeer friends. Very cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of resinous hops, pine, tropical fruit, peach and light citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with a juicy hop palate and soft carbonation.

Canette 473ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka fuyante. Arôme d’espresso, malt torréfié, café crème. Goût de malt torréfié, espresso, amertume moyenne, sucré (un peu trop?), pointe d’alcool. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-dense.

Canned 10/28/16, drunk 11/5/16.
Very low haze, dare I say a Tree House IPA with high clarity? Golden-brass with a mid-sized white head of moderate retention.
Ultra "soft", round, TH nose with bright cherry, lime and that pesky pine. Except here it’s quite nice since there’s no resin. Light honey and maybe a touch of caramel in the background easily balance and there is, of course, no alcohol or flaw.
Caramel malt character mixes with simcoe notes and it’s definitely pine-forward. But importantly, not resinous. Just rather sprucey and spicy with sweet cherry-strawberry and softer, lightly juicy melon on the end. Weird stuff, or just different, I suppose. But excellent. Tight carbonation and light honey lingering with a soft texture and no alcohol or flaw.

Canned 10/21/16, drunk 11/5/16.
Moderately hazy amber body though not intensely soupy or anything. Off-white, small head with moderate retention.
Wonderful IPA-like Tree House treatment in the nose full of watermelon, lime and even some sprucy, spicy pine notes. Juicy, of course and clean with strong minerality and no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it’s full of the strong watermelon juiciness. Light lemon-lime-like acidity easily balances things and the texture is very soft, with faint caramel-like sweetness and a bit of graininess/breadiness. Engaging carbonation, strong attenuation and no alcohol or flaw with a touch of lingering sticky caramel and long citrus and juice notes.
