Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Leighton. Can. Almost clear dark amber - brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is softish, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Sweetish dark malts, some lactose sweetness. Touches of milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Mild tangy fruits. Touch of spice. Very smooth and well joined up. Not a big fan of this style but this one is decent.

Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Colin for hauling this one back. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light creamy sweetness. Fair bit of hop spice, getting dry. Smooth skunk and pine and light, mildly sweet tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish brings a modest savoury vibe. Most quaffable.

Growler shared thanks to kermis. Lots of espresso on the nose. Maple syrup, sweet coffee beans, dark chocolate, vanilla chocolate chip cookies, quite some roasted nuts, dried red berries, molasses, light spices and roasted chilies without the burn. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Absolutely lovely balanced stuff with massive cookies and all kinds of desserts with good espresso on the side. Love it!

Do I really need to say something. I think nuff has been said. Lovely smooth, tasty, balanced and refreshing hop juice! Medicine to your soul and body.
Lovely clear orange golden color with solid thick off white head that last all the way. Solid lacing also. Prima ballerina perfect look. Holy hop juice aroma with grapefruit, pine and mild tropical fruits. Nice intensity. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. Grapefruit hoppy, mild tropical, pine and a fine mellow mild malt base in the back. Holy water!

750 mL growler from Blisscent filled 2/19/16 and drunk 2/20/16.
Solidly hazy, though not soupy pour is a soft apricot-golden and shows a moderately well-retained white head atop.
Fruity and juicy, of course, with lychee, pineapple, kiwi and starfruit. That’s all quite nice, but true to mosaic, there’s a strong apricot character that, in concert with the sweetness from the malts, significantly lessens the brightness. It just comes off rather "mushy-sweet". Light earthiness, bits of herbs and some light to moderate pine.
In the flavor, again, it’s got some doughy malt character with sweetness combining with the strong apricot-nectarine notes to create not nearly as bright a flavor as this could be. Needs to be a touch more dry with a little less pine and earth. Of course, this is holding the beer to the very highest standards, being from TreeHouse, and in an overall sense, it’s still fantastic.
