Description
Lincoln Green, established by Anthony Hughes in 2012 takes its name from the colour of dyed woollen cloth worn by the legendary Robin Hood well known for championing the rights of everyday working folk. And like Robin Hood we believe in putting people at the heart of everything we do.
The words ‘quality’ and ‘consistency’ resonate throughout our business. Yep it's clear. Descent easy-drinking golden ale. Not overly hoppy but balanced and you can session it happily. Good work.

Bottle from The Real Ale Store. Newark. Hazy pale gold colour with a thin white head. Light citrus aroma. Sweet citrus taste.

5th Nov 2015: gravity poured pint at the 1st Shifnal, Shropshire CAMRA beer festival. Light golden beer, clean and bright, on top a thin white blanket of foam. Piny and citrus nose, taste on the same lines, finish is dry and bitter: not my thing.

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015 with chriso, Boudicca, fonefan and Charlotte. Slightly hazy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of fruity spiced straw. Taste is spiced tropical fruit.
