1 Kendall Square brewpub's last day of service was December 20, 2024, as Phil Bannatyne (owner) retired. Brand was sold to Castle Island Brewing (Norwood, MA) who will produce the brewery's more iconic beers.

650ml bottle [as ’Cambridge Audacity of Hops’]. Clear golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lacing, white head. Floral and citrussy hop aroma, some menthol, borrowings of cough drops (Wick Zitrone). Taste is hoppy, slightly citrussy, fruity, some grapefruit, a spicy touch, hints of menthol and peppermint.

Bottle @ Really Late Ulfborg Summer Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Sweet perfumey and malty. Bitter hops, peach, soap and caramel. Medium bodied. Dry and piney end. Too much malts.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - peach. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 140912

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, pine, flowers, citrus, peach and malt.

Bottle, 9% @ FOneFan. Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, hop and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hop, grapefruit, little toffee and medium bitter.
