Bottle purchased at the brewery and enjoyed at home. Pours a crystal clear deep golden color with a huge white head that slowly dissipates but never really leaves. Smells of sweet candy sugar and honey like malts, sweet apples, orange zest, light pepper, light yeasty aromas. Taste is sweet with honey like malts, sweet sugars, light pomme fruits countered with a peppery Belgian yeasty funkiness. Medium body, spirited level of carbonation with a sweet almost sticky mouthfeel. This is a nice tripel, I’m glad I grabbed on to go.

On tap at the source. Pours a slightly hazy golden to amber color with a decent off white head that displays moderate retention and minimal lace. Smells of citrus, lots of grapefruit and juicy floral hops. Bready toasty malt provides enough of a backbone to keep this in check. Taste is slightly harsh in bitterness with a bunch of pine and citrus. Malts sweep in bready caramel and toasty to balance this out a little. Medium body and carbonation level with a slick resinous mouthfeel. I enjoyed this one its a nice flavorful IPA.

Served in a snifter at the source a solid black color with no head at all even if coaxed. Smells heavy on the oak, vanilla, bourbon, tart almost lactic dark fruits, light amount of roasted grains, hints of caramel. This has got a really great nose, but it seems about this far away from a lactic sourness. Taste is much what I gathered it would be form the aroma. Vinous tart dark fruits bordering on lactic with a redeeming okay vanilla mixed with roast and brown sugar. Medium to thick body with a light level of carbonation and a vinous mouthfeel. I enjoyed this brew very much, but either the batch or the barrel is slowly turning sour. It’s lost some of the big stout character, assuming it had some to begin with, but still a nice brew.

On tap at Cambridge Brewing. Pours deep cloudy red-tinged mahogany into a snifter. Off-white head recedes to hug rim. Almond, cherry and pinot aromas. Crisp with oak and sour almonds, cherry and funk. Sour, sour and deep sourness. This is awesome.

On tap at Cambridge Brewing. Pours hazy gold into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving thin sheet lacing. Lemon and marshmallow funk aromas. Dry with tart tropical fruit turning to sweet and funky marshmallow in the lasting finish.

A terrific pumpkin ale, was surprised to see this rated a little low. the aroma and color are all exactly what i’d want for a pumpkin ale, the taste could be a little higher in abv, a little more kick, but still great.

Ah my most sought-after beer by far. Pours hazy dark brown with a amber shine and a small tan head. Aroma is sulphorish, wooden, dark cherry and mild acidic. Light citric note. Wooden, citric to acetic, dark malty, deep cherry flavour. Rather "dark" in flavoured. Smooth, overripe cherries and almost caramelish. Light vanilla and tannin touch. Dry, lingering wooden and smooth persistint dark cherry. Stunning!

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange to yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric, spiced and fruity. Fruity, quite fruity actually. Citric and yeasty. Mild acetic. Spiced, light bubblegum and mild caramelish note. Smooth fruity and mild citric finish. Wineous and smooth lingering grapes finish. Smooth carbonation mouthfeel. Very very elegant and different - lovely!
