A clear dark brown porter with a thick collapsing lacing brown head. In aroma, a smooth sweet vanilla molasse with vinous notes, ginger, complex yet enticing. In mouth, a smooth sweet chocolate with ginger, cloves, light coffee and black pepper burn. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 10 2011.

A hazed golden amber with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, smooth spiced up malt, with pumpkin spices and white pepper flakes, coriander, beautiful. In mouth, a smooth spiced up saison with white pepper, prange peels, tingly mouthfeel, superb and balanced. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 10 2011.

Clear purple to dark brown beer, beige creamy head, pretty stable and adhesive. Aroma: sweet alcohol, caramel, fruity, mouthwash, bubble gum. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: rotten fruits, ripe banana, mocha, dried fruits, cloves, bitter hops. Aftertaste: coffee, hop bitter, spices.

Very dark brown to black beer, creamy beige to brown head, bit stable, non adhesive. Aroma: mocha, dark caramel, nuts, sugary, some alcohol. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: roasted nuts, roasted malts, mocha, coffee, hop bitter. Aftertaste: coffee, roasted, bitter ashes.

Pretty cloudy purple to brown beer, very aery small light brown head, unstable and non adhesive, disappears completely quite fast. Aroma: alcohol, cherry liquor, earthy, tobacco, wood, lactobacillus. Mf: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very sour start, earthy, sour cherries, tobacco, lemon juice, sour raspberries. Aftertaste: sour cherries, vinegar (red wine), earthy dryness, more lemon. Very tangy and pungent.

Cloudy dark orange to dark amber coloured beer, small off-white head, unstable. Aroma: very nutty, caramel, disinfectant, chemical, dried fruits.MF: little carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of herbs, caremom, wild flowers, honey, bitter orange peel, spices. Aftertaste: herbal bitter, thyme, myrica gale.

Little cloudy golden beer, small white head, unstable, adhesive with nice lacing. Aroma: fruity, touches of pineapple, toasted malts, but in all very faint. MF: very soft to no carbon, light to medium body. Taste: fruity start, citrus touches, grapefruit turning to quite hoppy bitter. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter, citrus touches.
