Description
We poured our first beer at the original Sebago Brewing Company brewpub in 1998. We are three guys who want to create a great place to work. We are honored to be a local Maine favorite, known for our commitment to community, awesome staff, and creative craft beer and food. Wherever you’re enjoying Sebago beer, our goal is to make sure you are having the best experience possible. That is our commitment to you and our commitment to craft beer.

On tap at Sebago Portland , ME location. Pours out dark brown almost black topped with a creamy tan head. Aroma was of coffee, molasses, chocolate, and rich roast malts. Taste was much as the aroma with a nice full body.

On tap at Sebago Portland , ME location. Pours out a cloudy reddish amber topped with a small white head. Aroma was of sweet caramel, light cherries, and some spice. Taste was more of the sweet roast malts and light fruit.

On tap at Sebago Portland , ME location. Pours out dark amber/brown topped with a small tan head. Aroma was of rich malts, nuts, light coffee, and caramel. Taste was exactly the same with the rich malts pulling away from everything else. A fair brown ale.

On tap at Sebago Portland , ME location. Pours out orange/copper topped with a nice white head. Aroma was of citrus and pine hops along with a light malt. Taste was more of the citrus and pine hops along with a little sweet malt to help hold it together.

Draught at the brewpub. Almost black colour, seems cloudy. Small stable light brown head. Very roasted flavour, vinous. Seems to have a little burning aftertaste, almost like chili or hopburn. Still balanced, though.

Draught at the brewpub as Blueberry Single Batch Series. Weak fruity aroma, hint of butter. Almost clear deep red colour. Small white head. The flavour is fruity, but not with a great amount of berry. Not that sweet either.

Draught at the brewpub. OK clove aroma. Cloudy yellow orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is sweet with an OK banana note. Bready bitterness in the finish. Good for style.

Draught, 3.8% at the brewpub. Weak grapefruity hop aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour has a nice, refreshing grapefruity hop note. Does not taste low alcohol except for a slight breadiness. Good mouthfeel for ABV.

Draught, 5.8% at the brewpub. Good coffee and chocolate aroma. Black colour. Big stable brown head. The flavour is roasted with some barley and coffee bitterness. Low carbonation.

Draught, 5.0% at the brewpub. Sweetish malt aroma. Hazy red amber colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is slightly roasted. Has a little malt in the finish. Medium bitterness.
