Draught @ Devil’s Elbow. Dark amber-brown. Medium head. This has a sweet, toasty malt aroma, low-moderate bitterness. Soft body. I would say that the structure is that of an altbier but the ingredients aren’t really on point...I don’t know, I’m a little torn about this one. I shouldn’t expect Uerige I guess.

Fairly hazy amber...thin head. Honestly this is not that attractive. Has a nice balance of oak and hop, with a mellow caramel accent. Pretty good, strongly oaked.

Bottle shared at RBWG: Poured a brown with a tan colored head. Aroma is weird mix of malts and spice. Taste is malty with candy sugar and sticky on the tongue.

A hazed golden hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with light grassy hops, smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light grapefruit, light mineral notes, faint fruity esters. On tap at Brewery Market, August 2016.

Draft - Nice hoppy fragrant nose. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Leafy bitter hops and a nice mouthfeel. Heffe is lost but it’s still decent, nary finish.

Cloudy light amber color. Similar zesty profile as when I had it on tap, but less vegetables.
Drinkable.

Hazy golden color. It has a good body strength and some residual sweetness; it’s mildly zesty, more of it in the aroma, but the body is chewy and there are traces of vegetables in the final, celery.
Chaotic, where is this supposed to go?

Draught at Devil’s Elbow. Hazy light tan. Has a mellow sour taste but also it is fairly yeasty. Touch of berryish fruit character. Too yeasty, though.

On tap at Devil’s Elbow with Mark. Hazy golden, white head. Skunky, grainy, hoppy aroma. Same taste. Hoppy bitterness aftertaste. Not bad.

Cloudy yellow, frothy head. Has a nice fruity, berryish hop aroma. Has a nice balance between wheatiness, clean yeast, fruity hop, a relatively high bitterness. Not much on the hefeweizen phenols, but I’m not complaining. Good all-round wheat.

On tap at Devil’s Elbow with Mark. Nitro. Pours almost black, beige head. Aroma is dark fruits, leather, saddle, roasted malt. Same taste with oily notes. Very roasted and oily. Amazing!
