Tap at Moonrakers: The first sip delivers a massive unclean dirty line taste. I don’t get this often at Moonrakers, so it must be the beer. Hazy gold, stark white head. Neutral nose. The unclean taste aside, this is a well hopped beer, but lacks malt backbone. Not something I will have again.

A reddish brown ale with a thick lacing off white head. A sweet caramel malt, biscuitty, lightly hopped. In mouth, a nice little ESB with a biscuitty malt, a bit buttery. Medium bodied. From Capflu, Early 2007.

Dark mahogany color. It has some roasted malt aroma. The flavor mixes caramel and roasted malt, creamy; it’s mild, inoffensive, with a medium-low bitterness. Not interesting.

Deep blond color. At first it shows some nice hop aroma, but it disappears quickly, the some very light honey aroma. It’s a simple Ale, with smoothened corners, a bit sweet.
